Since joining the market in 1999, Gil has worked with some of the best professionals and most successful companies within the flexible workspace sector. He has held senior positions at three of the leading businesses in the industry: two serviced office providers, and a flexible workplace solutions and serviced office brokerage firm. He is well placed to lead and support requirements for flexible workspace having supplied it as well as advising on its acquisition.

Gil’s experience spans the dot-com boom, subsequent economic cycles and the financial crash through to Brexit. In that time, he has conducted hundreds of transactions, negotiating terms for the provision of thousands of workstations. He has also sourced and worked on property acquisitions for new serviced office locations leased from private and institutional landlords. He was the first person in London to reach a commercial office deal with Google in 2001 when their founders were still signing the paperwork for small market-entry offices in person (!) As such, he is very aware of the value of close working relationships with dynamic businesses, irrespective of size. He has worked with start-ups, SME’s and FTSE 100 organisations with multi-locational project-led requirements, involving the accommodation of several hundred full-time employees.

Whether selling office space on flexible terms or searching and advising on its acquisition, Gil has always had a vested interest in reaching a deal in the right way, ensuring the best lasting outcome for clients.
