Since 1999, Gil has held senior positions in three of the flexible workspace sector’s leading businesses, working with some of its most recognised figures. He is well placed to lead and support requirements for flex space having supplied it as well as advising on its acquisition.
Gil’s experience spans the dot-com boom, the financial crash and Brexit through to Covid-19. To date, he has conducted a significant number of transactions, negotiating terms for start-ups, SME’s and FTSE 100 organisations with multi-locational project-led requirements, involving the accommodation of several hundred full-time employees.
He has also sourced and worked on property acquisitions and JV’s re-positioning the assets of private and institutional landlords to ‘space as a service’ offerings.
He was the first person in the UK to reach a commercial office deal with an early-stage Google in 2001 as they launched their first major equity funding round and hired a CEO. As such, he is aware of the value of close working relationships with dynamic businesses, irrespective of size.
